When it comes to humor, what rules? You might be surprised that more people view newspaper and Internet cartoons than all the funny movies, sitcoms, late night shows, and stand-up comedians put together. In this “rat-race in which we live” which is referred to as planet earth, many simply do not have time to get their “humor fix” within a thirty minute or hour period.
